Sonic Drive-In

"The last few times I have been to this location it has not been a very positive experience but I went through the drive through today to give it another shot and I was very impressed by the two employees I came into contact with at the window. Very friendly, fast, and efficient. I definitely put sonic back on my radar of go to fast food restaurants for my lunch break!"

"Just ordered two burger meals with sweet tea and everything was awful. Lettuce on burgers was old and wilted, the buns were stale and damp, the tater tots were hard and cold, and the sweet tea was watered down and not sweet. I called Sonic to advise, and just got a simple response of "I'm sorry". We will not be visiting this location in Daphne, AL again. I should have known when we pulled up to order our food at 5:30 pm on Saturday and there was only one other car in the entire parking lot that something wasn't quite right."

"Apparently, the Sonic location was short staffed today. We did not receive the condiments that we ordered when we submitted our order, it took forever. They were out of spoons so we got to eat ice cream with a fork. Exactly how does this happen? We are huge Sonic fans, hopefully it’s a better experience next time. Sooo……I’m all for 2nd chances. we went back a few days ago, placed our order online so we wouldn’t have to wait long. They were out of half the items we ordered. They had No ice cream!!?? We cancelled the order, but had to call corporate to get our $17 order refunded in “6-10 business days”. I’m done with this location…"

"I was very disappointed. It wasn't necessarily the customer service, it was the food. This was suppose to be a crispy chicken sandwich. Not only was the tomatoes bigger than the chicken patty itself, the chicken was so hard and obviously overcooked. I don't see how someone would even serve this to a customer when I dang well know none of the employees would've even taken a bite out of it. Not only did it look like this but how in the world a french fry got in between the bun and chicken on the other side is beyond me. I left a 5 star review before, but now, I'm not even sure if it deserve 1 star. Every time I have came to this Sonic lately it has been terrible! I wish I would've had more time to be able to go in and complain but some of us do not have that luxury. I dont recommend coming here until they get it together. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back to this location. Nothing like having 4 bites of chicken on a $9 chicken sandwich meal."
