"Pulled up and parked and attempted to go inside. The young white male cashier that's working the drive thru looked at me and my daughter and started laughing once we tried to open the door. Not once did he try to tell us the lobby was closed. Him and his other co-workers just thought it was funny the door was locked and we couldn't get in. Very childish and unprofessional."
