"Very incompetent and unprofessional and nasty attitude. Will not walk up to you and service you when you pull up. Not knowledgeable and very Rude! Has a worker outside that does not know how to navigate traffic, nor talk to Customer so I will never go there again. Don’t waste your time."

"Went yesterday to go get a tire put on that I brought, On my drivers front tire. He told me they would fee me from being my own tire and the price depend on where it was from, gave me the 10$ insurance plan on the tire I bought even though I told him I didn’t want the 10$ insurance plan,They put it on my passenger back side gave me the wrong name for my form. Thought that I came in for a blown out tire even though I drove into the lot, insisted that I had a spare on my car, took three hours even though they said it would be one hour. Everything I bought while waiting thawed out. They still put my tire on wrong so now I have to go back get my tire fixed again. I wouldn’t trust them to put a spare on a car."

"Was Sold a set of 2019 Tires for a new set (DOT was 2019) Five years Old when i purchased Them . Store Manage says they were fine like New ? Beware of this Tyrant would not help me with Return any any form ! WALMART Customer Service gave me a full refund .Thank you To those People who Understood . Check your Date on your tires ."

"Not the stores fault, but I ordered 4 tires and scheduled an appointment to have them put on. I called to make sure they were there was assured that they were. I arrived an hour early for my appointment which the manager said was perfect. I arrived and was told that it would be an hour an half to put them on. No worries. An hour later, the manager told me that only 3 of my tires came in. He apologized and stated that it was an error on the online side. Again, wasn't mad. Tired? yes. Mad? no. They told me they were sorry which I believed and they put 3 tires on, and I have to return tomorrow after I call and make sure the tire arrived. Good customer service. It was not there fault. It's totally my bad for buying them and having them delivered during Christmas. They couldn't have been more apologetic or gracious. Even though this is my issue, I would definitely use them again."
