"Last night my husband and I order some Mexican pizzas from there and it tasted funny. Now we been sick all night long. Don't eat there because they serving bad food or expired food."

"I was told I had to place an order at the kiosk (not optional) even though I was paying with cash. A gentleman came in after me and the women jumped to help him at the register. I proceeded to the register and stood there for 10 minutes waiting while both women made eye contact with me, but continued playing on their phones, until another guy came in and the jumped again to help him. If all you care about is helping men, you’re in the wrong line of work."

"Got in the drive thru line at 2:30, there were 5 cars in line. Got to the speaker at 3:00, they asked me to hold. Then 5 minutes later informed me unless it's a door dash order they closed at 3am. I told them, I had been in line since 2:30 and they said "that doesn't matter. It's what time you got to the speaker." As someone who has been eating here 2-3 times a week for lunch. I think it's time to find a new lunch destination near the office."

"Why is it, that black employees are always at work with a bad spirit or like the customer did something to them? I am a African American women myself, and I am disgusted by my own kind and the way have horrible customer service. Should be happy to even have a occupation. I’m about to start back being rude to them mfs myself or I am about to start calling their manager and letting the manager know how awful their customer service is right there in front of them. Watch. For now on, I’m about to starting calling they black ahhhsss out right then and there to the manager."

"I must say I am already partial to Mexican food as it is, however most fast food restaurants would not qualify as Mexican food. Taco Bell is one of the few that I would consider. They have great food great prices most of the time great service. This particular location however, could certainly work on theirs! But the watermelon freeze is worth coming back for if nothing else!"
