"Ok so I’m giving those 3 starts to my absolute most favorite fast food chain only because I’ve had old tasting, fishy fish the last two times I’ve been. The manager is always happy to replace the food but come on guys. Ill definitely change those if it gets better. Girls scout promise."

"I give it a 2 star because the food tasted good when I finally got it 10 minutes after my husband got his food. Only one other person dining in and it took around 10 minutes to even place our order. The restaurant was hot. The floors were wet from condensation. This place could actually be a great place to dine in if they hired people that actually cared about their job. The employees (manager included) were yelling and arguing with each other. They didn't have any respect for their customers or themselves. I don't want a comment back from the owner apologizing for our experience. I want the owner to actually address the problem because this is not an isolated incident this is the way things are run in this establishment."

"Over the last few months, I ordered three delivery 4 piece catfish meals for my elderly neighbor. The first two meals had four good size fillets, very much as seen on website. My neighbor made two meals out of each one of the first two meals. The third meal had four extremely small (approximately 4×1 inches) pieces of fish. My neighbor paid full price for the first two meals. For the third meal, she used an Uber promotion and paid only $6.57 for that meal. Be careful using a promotion. You may not get the advertised meal. Shame on Captain's D's."

"I normally love having dinner with Captain D's but my last two visits at this location was horrible. The service is very slow, the size of the fish is much smaller " not much bigger then the hushpuppies" and they don't package the liquid foods to not spill. I was very disappointed with it all. Had I lived closer to the restaurant I would have returned the food. I will not dine at this location again. They need better management with service all around. Very disappointed after paying almost 30 bucks I could have had a real meal at a fish house and had much better food."
