"First time eating at Cava was a great experience! The food was fantastic and the space was very clean and modern. The order process is either a "build-your-own" or you can pick a pre-made bowl from the menu. May I recommend the Balsamic Date Chicken, this is what I ordered and it was fantastic! Every bite had a new and refreshing flavor."

"Wow. A new personal favorite for a quick and healthy spot to hit! Our first experience with Cava was this past Wednesday for takeout. It was so good that we went again yesterday for lunch! Really love their build-your-own option that provides enough flexibility and variety. Store is open and bright with plenty of seating. Employees are nice enough, but it's not really a service oriented type of place. Looking forward to going back again already!"

"Pick up order . The Food was great. It was fresh and delicious. It was the first time I had eaten at CAVA. The rice and feta were incredible and the chicken and buffalo hummus were amazing. I loved the mix of the cool tomatoes and the heat from the spices. I have eaten from there several times since my first time ordering dinner with my son! It’s easy, good nutritious food, and they serve large portions. I could not finish the greens and grains bowl so I ate the rest for lunch the following day. YUM!"

"Super friendly and accommodating staff! A special shoutout to Alex for really turning my whole experience around. After calling the restaurant earlier and being misinformed that the location had curbside pickup prior to me placing my order online, I unknowingly arrived with my dog in the car and don’t feel comfortable leaving my car in that situation, if only for a few minutes. I was told they do not have curbside at this time but hope to in the future (not what I was told when I called hours earlier). Alex was wonderful and not only hand-delivered my order to my car, but she went above and beyond to make things right and alleviate my stress and confusion in this situation. She said they try to accommodate their customers to the best of their ability, and I truly saw that. I plan to return to this location in the future because of her and her great service. (Also, my meal was great!)"

"My first visit to Cava Hoover Riverchase was excellent! Upon entering, I was greeted by the young woman cleaning and breaking down the fountain juice area. It was near closing. The young man who served me name is DJ. He was Great! Greeted me with a smile, took my order and prepared my food to perfection. I asked for extra pickles, I Love the Spicy Chicken with Avocado, he gave me some background on why the pickles are so tasty. He explained the reason they are so delicious is that they have garlic on them. I never knew that. He started that he’d learned it from working at Cava. I thought that was a nice touch. I asked for extra sauce and he put it in a container. He also offered me a bag for my food because it was raining. It was very considerate. He also got me fresh lemonade from the back since the machine was broken down. Above and beyond great service. I will definitely be back!"
