"Woman got out of the car as soon as we pulled up and then left again. I had already placed a $20 order and never got it refunded. Do not come here! Terrible workers."

"I've been here multiple times on my work break to try and get a quick, easy meal but each time I have to sit and wait at the speaker in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes just to tell them I have a mobile order. Then I wait another 5-10 minutes minimum to get to the window just to wait another 5 minutes to get the actual food. They also don't take the coupons from the app unless you place a mobile order so if you're having issues with the app, you aren't getting any discount."

"30 minutes waiting and they weren't really busy. Had to cancel the orders! Unprofessional, classless and by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I just checked my 360 data and I'm editing this review. I was there 32 MINUTES standing outside (lobby was closed) waiting on two (2) delivery orders!! There were two other delivery people there when I got there and they were still there when I eventually unassigned the orders and left. This costs delivery drivers time and MONEY and causes the customers heartache. If you don't wanna work... don't! Obviously no one there wants to work. They sure did enjoy talking to the women that came through while we waited. 11:20 pm until midnight on 12/08/23. I suggest owner/corporate/management get a grip on that location... but I'll never accept another delivery there. Think about it... who sees more restaurants than food delivery people? So obviously our reviews should be taken seriously."

"This is the MOST GHETTO, and repugnant Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! The service we just received from the African American woman at the window on 10/29/2023 approximately around 12:35pm was down right repulsive. That ignorant, demented , deranged, human was down right disgusting. We ordered two large lemonades with no ice , and she decided to hand us what you will see on the picture, and we decided to ask her if she could fill the cups up some more she stated they don’t fill the cups all the way up when you don’t order ice??? Umm I’ve never heard that a day in my life and then she said it with a nasty attitude but I mean what more can I expect from a Wendy’s worker! Just shut down the whole Wendy’s, because she lucky it was a Sunday and I had the holly spirit on me, because she would’ve got all this work today ! She need to fix that nasty attitude !"
