P.F. Chang's 305 The Bridge Street, Huntsville, AL 35806

"If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. My husband and I made a reservation days in advance for a 7pm table to dine in tonight. We arrived at 6:45 and were told they were running behind, so we wouldn’t be seated until after 7, which we understood. We were seated at 7:10. A waitress came to get our drink order, so we went ahead and put our food order in by 7:20. At 7:50, we asked the waitress how long it would be until our food was ready? It was then we were informed the current ticket the kitchen was working on was clocked at 68minutes from being completed, and our ticket was “on down from that”. We waited over an hour just to be informed we would wait another hour and a half to two hours or more before we even got any food. I understand things happen, but this could’ve been handled so much better. We should’ve been informed upon ordering how behind they really were. Shame on you P.F. Chang’s at Bridgestreet in Huntsville, Alabama. You ruined our night, and we will never give you another chance. You have lost our business completely. Thanks for wasting our time and our money for drinks to go with our non-existent food."

"First, the server was great, very polite and accommodating. The food on the other hand was not the PF Chang standard. Our Orange Chicken was barely warm, soggy and resembled a cardboard taste. The rice was cold and came on a plate. It looked like the cook just grabbed it off a leftovers bin. We would have had better food if we went to Panda Express."

"I ordered the sesame chicken lunch bowl with fried rice and I really enjoyed it! The chicken was tender and flavorful, and I loved the amount of broccoli they gave me. The fried rice was good too, and who doesn't love getting a fortune cookie at the end of their meal??"

"Absolutely love this place! Food is always delicious! It cost so we don’t come here unless a very special occasion. This time our anniversary. We spent $109. I got the flaming dragon which was awesome to open! Smoke came out! My husband a Japanese beer. We loved our drinks, the food we got, the honey chicken with brown rice, and the spicy beef with brown rice. So yummy! The best part was the banana spring rolls! They are so good your eyes roll back! That’s if you like bananas, it’s a must try! Service is always fantastic! We will definitely be back but with the price, it will have to be another super special occasion!"
