Because he gave me two different parts number H11, 9012. I told him they had different locking machinism and I didn’t know which one went to my truck. He told me to figure it out , and wouldn’t help me try to get the light out. Then even refused to let me use a 10 mm socket. He said they were about to close, take your business to O’Reilly Auto Parts across the street way better customer service and a much friendlier staff!!!!!!"
