"If you hustle I'd reckon in 45 minutes you could finish this trail. I'd plan on 1hr30min though. If it's gonna be a hot day wear some good sand walkin' shoes or sandals. The beach at the end is a very sweet reward for your effort."
"Tough hike uphill in sand, BUT worth it for the views! Make it to the water! Bring water, sunscreen, and a hat!"
"Great hike up the hill so far. Despite it being 2 o’clock in the afternoon, the sand is not hot on my bare feet as expected. Definitely need to bring water sunscreen and a hat on this hike."
"Bring water! On a sunny and warm day, like I went on, water is essential. Or you'll be extremely thirsty like I was, lol. Worth the walk, in my opinion."
"It's a great trail with amazing views but it's a workout. 4 miles in and back of climbing over dunes so I would recommend two bottles of water per person. Past midday the sand gets quite hot if it's full sun so you may burn your feet if you don't wear shoes. I wore flipflops and just slid them on for the hot areas."
