"I wouldn't typically write a review like this, but having worked the back of house in chickfila for almost 2 years this does not meet expectations or quality standards. I do not eat out very often, but when I do, I choose chickfila because I am passionate about their services and standards when it comes to good quality food and customer service. I use Mobile-Thru and when I arrived home, opened the bag to find sauces stuffed into the fries whilst only being half full. Is this what I'm supposed to expect??? (This has happened a few times and I have finally decided to speak up about it.) I know there is little control over saugy fries by the time I reach home, but only having half the fries in a cup compounds on this discouraging experience."

"What is the purpose of having a “mobile thru” if the regular lane goes faster? I figured that was the whole point in ordering ahead. Always good food but the wait at this location is just too long. Not sure we’ll be back."

"The food is always great and my order is always correct. I do not like the rushing when trying to take an order. When there are no menus please allow the customers to think about what they want. Also please keep a safe distance from the car window. You dont have to poke your head in the window."

"The Madison location on Hwy 72 is my favorite in North Alabama. The staff seem to want to work there, although they are always busy, my order is accurate and I love the reward program. On top of the every day rewards/points you earn when eating there, they always seem to have other programs or ways to give back with free food items. I have attend the free bingo with Mr Steve at the old location, which I really enjoyed, but haven't had the time since the relocation. They are very active on their Facebook page and seem to be invested in the local area. I truly recommend this location but the food is also very good."

"The cut backs are really showing in the quality of your food. I stopped coming here for over a month and decided to try it again and I got this as an 8 count nugget meal. Ridiculous to spend my money to get this. If my picture doesn't show up, visualize 6 little pieces of crust-like objects that take up only half of the box."
