"I took my suv in because it vibrated during braking. I asked them to check the brakes and rotors. Instead they replaced suspension and control arms while charging me $800 that I did not have. Needless to say it didn't fix the problem and I had to return the vehicle the next week only to have them change the brakes and rotors. They charged me an extra $300 to fix the problem I asked them to fix during the first visit. When I confronted them about the first charges which didn't fix the problem they refused to make things right. Of course they denied fixing something that wasn't broken but they refused to acknowledge being asked to fix a problem they overlooked. They charged me for a problem that didn't exist while ignoring the problem that did. I had to pay for both. I encourage you to contact the Better Business Bureau with your complaints. You are not alone. Since the business has changed ownership the customer service has suffered tremendously."

"Had an appointment to get my air checked after I told them that it had to be the compressor and I already had Freon in but yet they still put more in it and I was charged $100 for them to tell me the same thing I told them as if they really checked and I already knew that had to be it. And also the staff isn’t very friendly."

Several times I have stopped by without an appointment and they have pulled a code or made a quick repair free of charge to help me out. Tim, the owner, always checks after an appointment to make sure I am happy with the work. You can tell many of their customers have been with them for years.
