"This place should not be open if this the service we going to get just went here around 1230 ordered 2 sourdough double melts and 2 med fries when I tell u they changed me $15.00 and the meat looked like it been microwave 12 times I want my money back that meat had to be a week old sitting out or something I mean the meat didn't even have grease smh good thing I how a good lawyer as my best friend if we get sick from this"

"The girl at the window was on the phone, I could tell she did not want to be there. She practically threw my food out the window. They are always out of ice, drinks taste watered down. I'm surprised they are still opened, the way they treat their customers. Service is absolutely trash!"

"I typically do not complain about my food, however, I just got home to see this poorly made food that I ordered for my son and I. I ordered two big Buford’s. I don’t know what this is that we received! These little burgers aren’t the size of Buford’s nor do they have any of the toppings that come with the burgers. The cheese was not on the burgers. The cashier didn’t even give me my receipt. Thinking back, she was acting like something was wrong. If they didn’t have the food I ordered, she could have said that instead of throwing two pieces of meat with a pickle between the bread! I want my money back and I will NOT be back. They need to hire people who are willing to work their jobs in this establishment!"

"I used to work their, nothing has changed on that side of Birmingham. Food is good, but prices skyrocketed. From when I worked their customers and employees are aggressive, place unsanitary. Manager is lazy."

"I’ve tolerated the beyond poor customer service and filthy aesthetic long enough. No matter what day it is, whoever takes your order has an attitude. They never have all products( I was sold a small drink with my large order simply because, “we don’t have any other lids.”) And today when I place a order for pickup and I’m told I can pickup in 12 minutes, I get there 15 minutes later to be told they don’t have my order in a very rude manner. I’m done, close this building, it is not a restaurant. They are only there for a paycheck and not to actually serve anyone. Owner should be livid but apparently this is tolerated since it’s been going on so long now"
