"Two weeks ago, ordered a Shrimp Tacklebox Combo at drive-through. Said not cooking shrimp today, so I left. Today Mobile apped an order of Shrimp Tacklebox, Fried Chicken, and a Chicken Strips Dinner. Got the shrimp and chicken strips, but no 4 piece fried chicken. I asked and they then gave me the chicken, but no sauce for anything. Asked for tartar sauce, Mardi Gras Mustard, and hot sauce packets for the fried chicken, nothing. Parked and went back in to try to get sauce, “Sorry, out of everything.”"

"We were passing through town wanted Popeyes drive through was lined up to the road decided to go in afraid it was going to be a long wait but to my surprise the manager came and took my order and fixed my food on the spot all the staff was very polite to me I want to thank them for a pleasant experience it made my day complete 12/22/2023 around 7 pm"

"I don’t normally leave reviews but I can’t let this happen to anyone else!!! If I could leave no stars, I would!!!! I went to this location Dec 26 around 1-130 pm. I used the drive thru where I gave the cashier (JAYNEISHA CLEMONS) my brand new cash app card (never used it for anything else) to purchase my food. After charging my card, she did not give me my card back immediately. She sat it down on the register and proceeded to “text” on her phone which was right next to the register. My husband and I watched her do it the entire time. Once the food was ready she gave me the food and then my card last like she forgot to give it to me. Yesterday (Dec 27) someone used my BRAND NEW card twice for DoorDash for over $300. I get notifications to my phone and immediately I locked my card. Then they tried to charge me again for a purchase on DoorDash. I don’t know what type of business you guys are running but I will be contacting corporate!"

"11/20/2017 6:46 pm I wanted two spicy breasts and two regular thighs. There was only one thigh. I would have had to wait for them to cook. Struck me as early to be out of chicken. The main restaurant was generally clean, but the restroom was broken down and unpleasant. The door did not lock, so I never felt as though I had privacy. the toilet paper dispenser was broken. But the chicken was good, though it did not taste super fresh."

"Last time I went I was charged all the money on my card. They refunded me $34.19 in cash. Today I went and the kids were playing and the manager. I believe it's bc I was white. The girl kept asking, so I got louder- thinking she couldn't hear me. She says "I'm not slow, I just wanted my manager to hear you. " and they were laughing as I drove by. I will never eat there again. The food is garbage anyway. It was only convenient till it wasn't. I'll be calling corporate next to see if that's funny to the manager."
