"Ordered & paid through the app about 12:15am on a Saturday/Sunday...was never notified that they closed at 1am instead of what the app said- 2am! Arrived at 1:03am... went through drive thru .. employee saw me and even made eye contact with me...but wouldn't answer the phone or even attempt to assist me in any kind of way.. and to make it all horrible... I got home from work, tempature below freezing... and our electricity was out..my godson and I were starving! Got back out in the cold and..this is what we had to deal with...contacted through app on several occasions... and still nothing.. never heard anything back at all...so so soon disappointed.."
"I normally go to this particular one at night bc the night staff have great customer service. They're quick and friendly, plus they complete my order correctly each time. They normally will ask if I need anything bc sometimes I will forget things when placing my mobile order. I usually don't get this kind of service outside of Chik-fil-A lol"
"Third time & likely the last time to stop here at night. Barely any filling in the chalupas - smaller than an original taco. The Nacho Bell Grande was literally 4 crushed chips with a dollop of sour cream. Don’t eat here if you are hungry, you’ll still be hungry and out $40."
"Very happy that the taco pizza is back but they are not the same. The shell taste old and had a bad taste. They use to be fresh and crunchy but not any more. Dont want nothing from taco bell again."
