"I sat at the drive thru for a good 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Couldn't understand the lady when she did get to the mic. I ordered and sat another 2 minutes. I didn't know if I was heard or not, so I drove around and didn't see any one. I just drove off."

"Placed an online order only to get there and the doors are locked. Was told I had to wait in the drive thru line to get my food. And of course the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and out onto 78 hwy. I refused and demanded my food. Had to wait another 30 minutes to actually get my food. Poor management!"

"My family and I ate dinner here last night. The drive thru and the inside were both extremely busy. But all the workers did a wonderful job getting the food out as fast as possible. I expected our wait time for our order to be a little long, but everything came in a timely manner. The food was delicious and very fresh. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the women's bathroom needed to be cleaned. Someone left a used feminine hygiene product on top of the toilet paper holder. There's no telling how long it has been there, but that was extremely nasty. And I know for a fact that a worker went to the bathroom after I attempted to use the bathroom. But to my knowledge while we were there the bathroom still wasn't cleaned."
