"Shoe Carnival was once a great place to shop for shoes, however the last 3 times have not been so pleasant. The employees that I had contact with were not friendly or helpful. The employees were no where to be found and we needed them to determine a shoe size, we had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to the register to check out. There was a lady who misplaced a shoe and one of the employees was talking about her all over the store. I never see the same people working there with the exception of the manager. I wouldn’t recommend this store anymore!"
