"Customer service was not the best tonight.I’ve ordered at this location all the time without any issues . I called the phone, the guy slams on hold for 15 MINUTES. Called again “thanks for calling Marcos Hold”. They were not that busy when my husband and I arrived the guy African American identified himself as a manager could not put his sell phone down just chilling was not pleasant at all and I’m sure that was him slam us hold and not coming back to the phone. We placed the order online anyway to help out. If you guys do not want to serve customers at night you all shouldn’t be open at night give the business to Dominos!"

"My Pizza was ready at 710. No one came to the drive threw window for 10mins. Didn't get my pizza till 723. The store had no customers. Where did the smiling helpful faces Marco's used to hire go. Good help is needed to keep a business running expsally in a smaller town"
