"This location needs to shut the doors for good. Their lobby is never open so then you have to wait 40+ minutes in drive thru if you ordered on the mobile app which some people don't have time for. Their broiler goes down more than I've ever seen and now the customer support through their app won't even give refunds because I've had several refunds in the past due to them being closed when they were supposed to be open. Doesn't matter to them but I will never go back to another Burger King despite loving the coupons and rewards I get through the mobile app."
"Food was really good but you can tell they were short staffed. The lobby was closed at 1pm on a Saturday. The lady in the drive through seemed annoyed no hey how are you or have a good day just took my card and a few min later gave me my food. Good customer service just don't exist in this world anymore. That's one of the reasons I stopped eating out that and prices are ridiculous for the quality of the food now...But on this day my food was delicious and fresh. Was my first time eating BK in years."
"Slowest Burger King in Alabama. The line is incredibly slow and dining room is closed for what seems to be mere laziness. You could drive to a Huntsville location and back quicker. We sat in line for over 30 minutes before ordering. RIDICULOUS.. (Not the first time either...) DO NOT RECOMMEND"
