"Our first time here and while the food was okay, it was so loud. Like I could barely hear our waiter or my husband. The service was great for us. I had the burger which honestly was 10/10 but the fries were basic. We ordered the duck nachos which were good, but so so small. My husband ordered the 4 types of boa and while they were good, they weren’t amazing. The whole place seemed overhyped for us. I will say again, the service was really great and that’s huge."

"Very busy when we went but we never had to wait to be attended to. The staff was very kind and ready to take our orders or make recommendations. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. Got to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we all had such an amazing time together. Look forward to coming g back soon."

"Food is always great, portion size is decent not large. Quality and taste is consistent. Always busy, make sure you book before you go. Highly recommend Korean cauliflower, wings. Decent drink selection. Vibrant trendy place. Servers and service has been great all three times I visited but exceptional on the fourth visit. All thanks to Bailey for making it exceptional ."

"We snuck in early-ish, about 6pm on a Friday evening without a reservation. As we expected, there were no seats available but we were offered bar seating (nearly full) or outside at the sidewalk tables (nearly empty). With the pleasant weather, we opted for outdoors. It was perfect. Those soon filled up too and 15m after we arrived we heard the host tell someone there was now a 2 hour wait. We already had drinks and had ordered our food. Service was fast and excellent. The cocktails were creative, delicious and ONLY $10! These were on par with drinks we've paid $13-15 for at many other places downtown. I tried all 4 we ordered and each was very good. We ordered 3 small plates to share and it was just the right amount of food. Each dish was well prepared and seasoned, served up hot and fast. Our server knew all the food and drinks well, and made thoughtful recommendations. We ordered both desserts on the menu, and they were just as pleasing as the other food and drinks. We both commented that it was one of the best meals we've had in a while, start to finish. I can't wait to return."

"East West has good food and drinks at reasonable prices. My favorite items to order are the silk road and duck nachos. My husband loves the tofu lettuce wraps. East West will even make an entree-sized portion of the lettuce wraps. We eat here several times a year. I highly suggest reservations here."
