"Manager, Chris Melvin is a awesome guy along with Willow and Robbie. So earlier today I placed a Wendy's mobile order and only to realize the app thought that I was in Ocala, FL pilot Wendy's. Well I didn't realize my mistake until 10 minutes later . Tried to call Wendy's customer number I was in hold forever and I shown the Wendy's Manager that clearly you can see I made a mistake but I'm definitely not in ocala, is there a way you can still make this order and since the customer service number isn't picking up that is technically theft of my money. Well we got into a heated exchange, I was going to just leave but the above mentioned folks diffused the situation and without saying Manager Chris paid for my meal. Awesome folks,at the pilot, but the people at the Wendy's didn't even want to try to help at all."

"First time I've stopped there. Stopped for restroom and coffee. Cleanest restroom of any truckstops I've been in. The cashiers was so nice and friendly. Great staff, good to see people take pride in their work."

"Manager Misty is awesome!! I came in at around 10pm to park at my reserved truck parking spot and they were all full!! I went inside and asked to talk to the manager and was pleasantly surprised at her professionalism when I told her my situation. She said it was no problem and she would find out who mistakenly parked in a reserved spot! She came out and found the truck and within a few minutes , I was safely parked in my reserved place. Knowing ahead of time, my 13 hour day, would be making me arrive very late to park, is the reason I mostly use Pilot and Flying J reserved parking! Being a woman in the trucking industry isn’t always easy, and safety is priority #1!! Parking on an on or off ramp isn’t safe for many reasons, and usually not allowed in most state because it is SO Dangerous! ! I am absolutely very appreciative of Misti handling my situation is a very nice and professional manner , and really enjoyed talking with her. She was very compassionate and complimentary to me , being in this industry! It’s not as easy as it looks . I’m very tired now!! I’m going to bed in a safe place and I will rest well knowing that!! BUT WHAT IS NOT SO GREAT: it was someone from the same company I work for!! Sorry to the fellow driver… But It is what it is!! Next time, reserve ahead! It’s so easy on the app!!! "I love this store. They have EVERYTHING. Ive literally bought Christmas and Birthday gifts here. The doughnuts are good, the restrooms are clean, the gas is the cheapest in town , the third shift staff is always super nice and they have a pot o silver and a treasure coin machine."
