Jack's 19545 North 3rd Street, Citronelle, AL 36522

"I stopped to get a Big Jack Burger combo and 4 chicken wraps. It was a little after 1:00 in the afternoon there was no one in the Drive-Thru and it didn't look like there was any customers in the restaurant. I had ordered the hamburger combo using the app that I could not order the wraps through the app so I ordered them at the drive thru. They said they had my burger combo and asked me to pull up away from the window and they would bring my order out to me. After about 10 minutes they brought out my order and the girl handed it to me quickly and went back in before I could check my order... No ketchup! Now one car was in the drive thru so I drove thru and ordered ketchup. They said they would bring it out to me if I pulled up past the window and waited 5 more minutes. They didn't bring it. The one car that was behind me earlier was still at the window.so I went in and asked for some ketchup. Now the girl hands me 13 packs! I think it's safe to say the majority of customers want and use ketchup with fries. Why not give 3 packs with large fries (instead of the double handful they always give you when you have to ask). Maybe ask at the drive up or post a sign telling customers they have to order ketchup.... Because help isn't going to think of asking you or just put some in your bag. I like the food but the service sucks. I always have a long wait they usually forget something, napkins, fork, sauce, ketchup... The place down the street beats Jack's service hands down. (The food and price isn't bad either). Disappointed several times"

"I enjoy the food. When it gets busy, I try to avoid this location. The workers tend to be slow and get confused unless a manager is on expedite station to get food out and call things out. The kitchen and workers need to communicate better."

"I really regret stopping here on my road trip. I got a 6 piece nugget meal with Mac and cheese. I should have checked the bag before leaving, but they didn't give us napkins or utensils to eat the Mac and cheese. Also, the nuggets were pitiful. Each nugget was slightly bigger than a bouncy ball. More like a 3 piece cut into 6 pieces."

"Bought 2 milkshakes and they was both a large one was missing some of the ice cream. Wasn't even filled up what's the point of getting large if I get the amount of medium anyway if I order a large I want a large!"

"Stopped in and grab some dinner on the way through. The restaurant was slammed inside and in the drive-thru. Even though it took a minute to get the food, the manager and the rest of the staff was hustling and they were extremely friendly. Will definitely stop back in again! Keep up the good work!!"
