"A wonderful experience and purchase. The owner was very knowledgeable about all the apparel and other merchandise in the store. A very informative historian about the african culture."
"Call to question about a men attire in plus size, she was rude I explained I was coming from another side of town and ask could check an if the large size was there. She wouldn’t and hung up the phone in my face. That is not the place to shop."
"DO NOT use this business for your pick up location for WISH or AMAZON items. The owner was extremely rude to my 73 year old mother, who only called her to get the address of the business. Her customer service is horrible!! When we arrived - she didn’t even welcome us into the store- and on top of her attitude- she refused to give my mother her package (which was fully paid for) even after my mother apologized for mistakenly thinking it was a man who answered the phone. We even had to call the Police!! In fact, the neighboring business owners all has witnessed Shirley Ferrill, the owner being extremely rude to customers and even leaving the location with people’s money. One of the neighboring business owner’s even advised us that “yall got something on yall hands to deal with.” Trust me - do business here at your own risk-you have been warned!!!! Needless to say she never gave my mom her package either."
"False advertising of store hours. Got here around 4 to pick up a wig for my girlfriend for her hair appointment the next day and they were closed. The sign on their front door clearly reads Tuesday-Sunday 11-5. I was very disappointed."
"Absolutely gorgeous attire, lovely store, and wonderful owner. Definitely go visit!"
