The lady in the store said she was the manager antagonize me, then turned around and said if my energy was bad to get out of and I quote “her store”. funny because I don’t think she owns the store. When I asked her for her managers name, she told me to figure it out and put her items that I had in my hand down. As someone who’s been a manager for seven years, I’m sure if the manager asked that way a trickles down. Worst experience I ever had."

"Customer service was horrible I was not able to try on my clothes before purchasing. I had to go to my car try on my clothes n it didn’t fit how I liked n the lady said I wasn’t able to exchange my clothes bc I had previously exchange the same item. Mind you this was an oversized shirt."

"Walked in to hear the manger discussing with a customer about another employee well being. Calling the employee broke and said she wears the same clothes every week. Also one of the employees told me if I try on a shoe I will have to get it. As I try the shoe on the manger told me I couldn’t try it on."

"Walked in no one greeted us. Finally after standing and holding a shoe for 5 mins the cashier asked if we needed help. Another worker was standing behind the counter as we checked out eating her lunch! The young man was very helpful though. Need to work on professionalism!"

"I came in yesterday as a customer they made me put my bag behind the counter from another store.When I tried to get shoes the girl never came from the back with the shoes and I waited for over ten minutes.And left out w/o my bag of items I had purchased minutes before or the shoes I was trying to purchase.I have been calling all day and they will not answer the phone and I'm out of town until Monday...I just want my stuff I already purchased."
