"Food is never right, man do ur job and pay attention to how people want their food made. They are already slow and rude it’s sad. They can’t do their jobs right at all. Almost $30 on food that no one will eat because it’s all wrong that’s messed up."

"Roebuck Store #029110 There was no line at the speaker or the window. And when we got home and handed out the order, everything was perfect even though we asked for modifications on a couple items. The portion size was good and the food was good. The cashier who took our order and gave us our food was very nice. Although it was a quick encounter, she was friendly and smiling. It says "Sydney H" on my receipt. One of the best fast food experiences I've had."

"This is the BEST TACO BELL LOCATION within Jefferson County, Alabama in mine and my husband's experience. We say that after going at least a dozen times now, if not more so. Plus, as is the policy of most Taco Bell locations, this one is open 24hrs and have always been very friendly, very professional and very fast. Also, even though they are quick; regardless as to if there are a lot of customers present, that has never caused them to give us the wrong food, they have never taken our order wrong, nor have they ever acted as if asking them to do their job (they're there to do) is the most inconvenient and bothersome thing you could ever ask them to do within the life span of a human being. Their chicken quesadillas actually have chicken in them, & not just cheese in more than half of it. All the food is consistently served hot, and clearly made fresh for each customer. Every employee I've had the pleasure of interacting with has always been respectful, kind, & kept the drive thru line moving quickly."

"Wouldn't order when we came here. Had to use the restroom and I'm super glad I did before we went to the counter to order. Blood on the floor. Sink hadn't been cleaned. Weed stems and seeds on the soap dispenser from the last person who apparently decided to roll a joint in the restroom. Video will show you what I mean. When reaching the counter, the kitchen in line of sight was nasty. By far the worst looking restaurant I've ever stopped at. Won't be by there again."

"Paid over $4 for this “Beefy five layer burrito” nothing but sour cream and tortilla. Beyond Disrespectful. Update: the employees also walk around in slippers and open toed shoes not safe or sanitary never seen anything like it. Any review giving this place over 2 stars is paid for or fake. Lawsuit or complete shutdown coming if they can’t get this place together. Taco hell!"
