"Store claims to be open at 6:30am. I walked up at 8 am, and they are NOT open. Truck Drivers can't drive a semi truck thru the drive thru!"

"Went here 5 days ago and it completely ruined my Wendy’s experience for life. I ordered ahead on the mobile app, which I’ve done before. It tells you to go to the mobile order counter and to wait for your order there it’s almost done. I do exactly that. Wait for over 15 minutes. A lady then hands me a bag and it’s the wrong food. She gets mad but I didn’t ask for it. I then ask her where’s my order. She says for a mobile order you have to go to the counter to let them know you are here. Doesn’t say that on the app nor does that make sense, why would I order ahead to wait in the line??? She was completely rude and would not answer my questions. The two cooks in the back were slacking around and making jokes about the customers in the store. Complete rude and disrespectful. The workers all kept complaining they don’t know what’s going on, and then would just walk around. Seems like they were all on something. So sad for the people of Demopolis for having to deal with this for being their Wendy’s. Just don’t go. Thank me later."

"There are not very happy to work there and they need customer service training. Try being polite or maybe even smile. If you sell beverages that do not come out of a fountain you have to have a good ice to beverage ratio so that the drink is not hot. I tried the ghost pepper fries, I'm not sure what I expected but they could have kept them. 0 outta 10 stars. #WouldNotRecommend"
