"I want to share that I feel that Moon Automove Inc did a remarkable job for me and my husband. The employee / or owner stated when we called that he was closing up his shop as it was around 5 PM. We are from Minnesota and traveling through the area when our spare ( yes spare ) tire on our boat trailer went flat about 10 miles to the West of this business. We told him our problem and he said it we could put enough air back in it to reach his shop he would keep it open for us. We just made it after a kind person gave us some air. All this was happening during a Tornado Warning this past March 2023. The sky was pitch black... and we had to get to Tupelo for hotel that evening . It was about a 30+ mile an hour south wind... just nasty out. Thank you Moon kind gentleman for waiting for us. You got us going again ...and that night in Tupelo there was a tornado around 1 am. So thankful no one was hurt ***"

"They’ve done me wrong wasting my time with appointments that keep getting rescheduled. I wouldn’t say they are dependable or attention oriented as they fix the wrong thing on my van costing $1000 and cant seem to be able to fix the actual issue."
