"DO NOT order anything online and expect it to get shipped on the date it states it will be shipped. I ordered a dress. Called on the date the dress was supposed to arrive only to find it had not been shipped. Discovered the address was entered incorrectly (my fault) and could not be fixed. Once you place the order, no edits can be made. So i canceled the order. I needed it on the date it was supposed to arrive. Guess what! You can't cancel the order. NO EDITS! So, it was shipped...undeliverable. No tracking has been available. And they are telling me that I absolutely cannot receive any type of refund until the item appears at their location. ONE MONTH LATER!!!!!!!!! AND THEY WILL DEDUCT MY SHIPPING CHARGES FROM THE REFUND IF I EVER EVEN GET A REFUND!!! And also, don't expect them to respond to any emails you send!!"
"The prices are pretty up there. However, the items are nice. I won't make a guarantee, but will say that the clothes look amazing on my wife and we found a perfume and lotion for her that smelled exactly like the one we made together on our first valentine's day. It made for a good trip down memory lane."
