"The store was clean and well organized. I found some great pieces on clearance!! The staff were not particularly helpful at all, I got my own dressing room and no one offered help even though they weren’t busy, although I don’t really mind that too much."

"I went in looking for an outfit for an interview and grabbed several pants to try on, as it’s hard for me to find styles that fit my athletic build. The lady that helped me into my fitting room (I believe her name was Missy) was very kind and said to ask if I needed anything. But, I didn’t see her again after that. I was in the fitting room for over 30 minutes and never received any help. When I finally walked out and flagged someone down (a different lady than before), she was extremely rude and seemed inconvenienced by me asking for another size. After this, I got dressed 2-3x and left my fitting room to grab my own sizes (as not to bother the employees). The lady proceeded to passive aggressively ask “if I was finished yet” with a sigh each time that I left to grab my OWN sizes. I finally found a pair that worked and went to check out. On my way to the register, the lady yelled across the store, announcing my name as loud as possible “are you done NOW?”. I am just amazed at the lack of customer service. I have been in Ann Taylor with a friend prior to this and was treated so much better... this was completely unnecessary and uncalled for."
