Arby's

"I was in drive thru today. Before I could start my order,,the person in drive thru said we have no roast beef and will 30 minute wait… Not my apologies or nothing.. I said okay do you have the fish.. She said we everything else but roast beef. So I said May I have your fish deluxe combo. So I get to the window after I paid she handed my soda.. closed the window. then handed me my food.. I drove off and open the bag to have a curly fry and they were ice cold! I touch my sandwich and it was also cold. If I had time I would have went for refund. But to say this if you don’t have the item that is known for available at least have the other items hot and good. Please work on better customer service."

"Six months ago I said I would never go back because the food is horrible. I thought I’d give them one more try. No. Last night at approx 7:30 PM I ordered one meal, a simple beef and cheddar combo. She asked me to pull up. Nobody else around. I was excited. I thought I would have hot fries. My food was cold and there was basically no meat on that sandwich. I paid over $10. Why? They need to close that place down."

"This store has terrible time filling orders correctly. I should remember not to go to that one store. Tonite I ordered French dip, regular roast and 1 fry. I should have checked more closely, but they left out the au jus and the 2nd sandwich. Always something. I just have to find a different Arby's"
