"I am very please with the service provided. Had issue with my air conditioning unit and had been all over trying to find a reputable mechanic to look into the issue. They were very close to the time frame that they told me it would take to diagnose the problem but did take a day or so longer. However after diagnosis, I was pleased when they completed the work actually a day or two earlier than expected. I have a newer vehicle but didn’t want the dealer in Huntsville to work on it. Everyone else either had no reasonable expectation of when they would have time to even look at my car. Jeremy was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He is very patient and explained exactly what was wrong and detailed the cost. My air conditioning works perfect and that is important because I am a home health rn and travel all day.
