Although it states on the return slip they honor returns paid via PayPal payment; their sales associates say they can’t take it. Contacted customer service they said they were supposed to issue a store credit. No one wants to do their job, I guess. So, go ahead and be prepared to pay that $6.95 return shipping fee. Never shopping at Rainbow again."
