Red Lobster

"It does feel a bit like you're going back in time when you come here and if that's your jam you'll love it here! We were greeted warmly though and sat quickly which we appreciated. Barbara was our server and she was sweet as pie. She nailed our order perfectly. The food doesn't taste fresh and you get a frozen vibe but it was a decent meal and we are definitely full with happy bellies! I can't say I can fully recommend here with confidence but I wouldn't tell anyone not to come either. We shared a shrimp cocktail, shrimp queso, crabby cheese fries and an admiral platter. We were trying to spend our full $100 gift card and added a couple of to go desserts. We have 4 to go boxes of leftovers and we're not upset about it!"

"We haven't ate at this location in a long time. We were disappointed the last time we had visited. It was two of our guests at our tables birthday. So we decided to give it a try. We were very pleased with the service we had. Mr. Wellington was a very nice gentleman and a hard worker. He did a great job some of the best service I had ever experienced. He needs a wage increase. The manager also visited our table and gave us a refill. She was a very nice lady also.The food was wonderful. Our group had endless shrimp. And coconut shrimp. Our sides were great also and the mushrooms and cheddar biscuits were hot from the oven. Very pleased with our visit. Will visit again soon. Thanks"

"Our waitress was frazzled from working take out, dine in tables, plus a big party. She seemed overwhelmed which caused her service to not be so good to us. Not blaming her, so much shouldn’t have been put on her. Other than that we had to send our appetizers back because it wasn’t what we ordered, apparently the cook read it wrong which is okay they brought us out a new one. But when our food came I just wasn’t pleased food was not seasoned. Also look at how burnt these Brussels sprouts are… 4/10"

"This dinner experience was awful. My waitress was friendly enough, but the food was terrible. Of my Admirals Feast, the only things that were not overcooked were the scallops and the baked potato. The shrimp, fish and clam strips were all overcooked and tasted like the cooking oil needed to be changed. I could not believe how thin the fish fillets were. This is not the first time I have ordered this meal at a Red Lobster by a long shot, but it was definitely the worst. I couldn't eat the clam strips or fish and should not have eaten the shrimp. I left feeling nauseated. I overheard my waitress telling another table that the front and back of the house managers had quit and the general manager's last day is tomorrow. It's obvious they are having staffing issues. Hopefully, the next managers will get this place back into shape."
