"City Gear in Fultondale, AL. Very unprofessional. The Store Manager was unprofessional. I tried to return sneakers I bought a few days and she said they don’t do returns or store credit. She said I can only exchange for something of equal price. Then I said the policy says I can get store credit. With an attitude she said ‘well I don’t have gift cards so.. “ and just stopped there. How do you not have gift cards?! She didn’t apologize, or care for my inconvenience. I will not be back to that Location. Once I do that exchange somewhere else, I will not shop at City Gear anymore."
