"As a customer of Advanced Auto Parts, I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to their store. Not only was the customer service terrible, but the staff was unprofessional and not mindful of their patrons who were waiting in line. When I entered the store, I noticed that there were plenty of employees available to assist customers, but none of them acknowledged my presence or let me know that they would be with me as soon as possible. Instead, they were chatting with each other and seemed more interested in socializing than assisting customers. As I patiently waited in line, I noticed that the manager and two other store associates were letting customers cut in front of me at the cash register. This was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to me as a customer who had been waiting my turn. It was clear that the staff had no sense of urgency or respect for their customers' time. Overall, my experience at Advanced Auto Parts was very negative. The staff was unprofessional, not mindful of their patrons who were waiting in line, and seemed more interested in socializing than assisting customers. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and provided with good customer service, and I did not receive this during my visit to this store. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience. Update: Haven’t heard back so dropping one more star. Would give zero stars if I could."
