"Giving a 3 cause I've had good experiences here but walked in really needing help finding a matching or closely matching set of fasteners from their selection. Not knowing everything I was looking at I asked for help from one of 4 employees. He pointed them out and walked off. I went back 10 minutes later and his response was blank stare and No because he didn't know anything about what I needed. He didn't bother looking at the vehicle application right outside the door. Didn't bother taking 1 minute. Not 1 second to look in case I'd missed something. Owner doesn't need employees like that. One of the other employees I've seen before asked as I was leaving clearly bothered by the fact he wouldn't help them asked to help but I just left. Why leave money there ?"
"We were very fortunate to have Larry come jump us off at a nearby gas station, bring us to the store, and install our new battery we purchased from them. I could tell it was a pain to get to the battery in, but he got it and we were very thankful! 5 star service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
