I usually go to the one in eastgate shopping center. the only good thing i had in my short experience i had was the woman working the front counter when i arrived WAS nice. when the tax pro walked up i cannot remember her name (short older Caucasian lady with short gray hair) barely looks at me didn't say "hey fallow me" just walked away. i joked like oh am i supposed to fallow. The lady at the desk said yep fallow her. while in her office. i explain how i had an issue with last years taxes and would like to see if she could help me. she said i just need to look at last years and maybe be able to help. okay thats fine as well. i notice she is taking my information down on a paper my date of birth and social security was my main one. she was not a pleasant, i even tried to make small talk. looking down on me or just giving attitude with every response. I then explained that she should stop as i was unable to obtain my last years taxes for her to go over. i was having a hard time, my phone works better with wifi and they nad none (not her fault) when i explained that i would like to just get it done in one go, cause well cost. she scoffed at me and i said what was that... she knew she messed up and said nothing.. and then said in a condescending tone i jut need last years. i explained i understood and had been trying to get into it but without wifi wasnt working. i left with the paper with all of my information and i did explain to her that her way of dealing with people was unprofessional. her response was a shrug and Okay."
