"I am tired of going to the Self Checkout lanes, only to be greeted by the smell of someone actively releasing their bowels. It seems like no one wants to say anything because the stench is radiating off of a young employee working the self checkout lanes. The smell is sickening. I get you guys have DEI as your main priority over quality control, but this has been happening time and time again while being reported numerous times. Clean him or Fire him. He works on the self checkout so that means he comes in contact with produce. There is no way that he is not violating OSHA guidlines. It's a shame you value peoples feelings over peoples health. Absolutely abominable."

"Called 5 times to refill a pharmacy prescription and nobody answered. The automated customer service has never once worked for me so speaking to a representative is my only choice. This has happened way too many times where I try to talk to an actual human being and they just simply don't answer."

"Jeffrey in automotive needs an attitude adjustment. Not only blatant sarcasm, but racism to top it off. I was the only vehicle waiting for an oil change. An African American gentleman came up to the desk to ask about an oil change. Jeffrey told him it was a 3.5 hour wait. Me and my partner overheard. My partner walked around the corner, called and asked for an oil change, and my partner was told it was only a 45 minute wait. This was within minutes. Hazel Green is not the most progressive town. But there are good hearted people here who want better for Hazel Green and believe in the town. People like Jeffrey from automotive do not help this cause. Grow up Jeffrey."

"Usually the experiences are pretty good despite the wait. Tonight on the other hand involve sugar and salt all over my trunk. Thanks for the ants that are to come. Please Walmart management, teach these kids a thing or two because the schools certainly are not!! They should have said sir or ma’am, I’m sorry but some the sugar and salt seemed to have been busted, I’ll be back with your replacement. Again, management, take pride in your work and set an example. I know how well you’re getting paid so save your excuses on customer service is hard. You chose this. I’ve got my money back for your screw up. Thanks."
