First let me apologize and please forgive the actions of my employee because I was told the matter had been handled only to find out it wasn’t because the review is linked to my account. I myself will refund your money and for the mishap you can keep the coat. I’d rather refund your money and let you keep the merchandise than to have you unsatisfied. Carl" I can confirm that I received the refund promptly after this correspondence.For this reason I wanted to update my review to reflect my experience. Thank you Carl! INTIAL REVIEW: Highly disappointed with my online experience. I purchased a jacket that was delivered in a timely manner. However jacket had a very strong cigarette smoke smell to it. I immediately emailed them asking to return the item and receive a refund. I promptly received an email from Carl who was professional and apologetic, and told me they would send me a shipping label and I would receive my refund shortly after they receive the item. That is the last time I’ve heard from them. I’ve even reached out on Facebook (all I received was the thumbs up emoji), and a few other times through email, to no avail. I want to support small businesses and also be understanding that due to Covid responses may take longer, but this has just gotten ridiculous. Buyer beware."
