"WATCH YOUR CHARGES/TOTAL AMOUNTS CHARGED when buying through their app. I made a purchase through their app for pickup on 11-24. I paid through PayPal with my total being $13.97. On my order I used $8.43 of rewards from my capital one credit card & $5.60 was the discount/promo off of the order for Black Friday from the Hibbetts app. My credit card was charged/pending for $13.97 on the 24th when I checked out. After I picked my order up on the 27th, the total was changed to now pending $15.99, meaning they ignored PayPal’s checkout total & didn’t apply my $8.43 reward. Now the $13.97 pending charge is gone & has been replaced with a $15.99 charge! My final checkout total was $13.97. Why was I charged a different amount ($15.99)? Of coarse the company said they could do nothing about it, so I now have to wait for it to post & file a dispute. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle that you can check out through PayPal, in which they give you an option to do, and yet they can change the total to whatever they want afterwards. Ridiculous."

"Love this store!!! The staff is the #1 reason, they are so welcoming when I arrive. They answer the 101 questions that I’m always asking and they do it with a smile. Todays visit was to just check out any sales that might have, which wasn’t many but they have changed out the clothes from summer to fall/winter and the selection is amazing right now. Some really good items from Nike, The NorthFace, Adidas, and Under Armor!!!"
