"The young lady that I encountered on Friday April 12, 2019 at 539pm customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, she shouldn't be working with the public. It was EXTREMELY obvious that the matching shoe had been returned and worn the shoe strings had spots on them and the bottom was dirty as well, when I questioned her she first say ",do you want me to check another store" and "the shoes are on the floor in the back that's why" so she brings several other shoes out and say " you can pick which left shoe you want" and it was actually the same shoe she brought up and additional sizes, and she then says "I brought extra shoes so you can see they all look the same" I told her that, she then say " Well have a nice day"."
