"I went in there yesterday and Thank you I think Michael and Katie sorry if the names are wrong. They cleaned my phone and replaced my sims card. They were so professional and knowledgeable best service I've had since I've been customer for over 6 years!"

"Waited 20-25 minutes to be rung up for a phone charger, only one customer in front of me that they were talking with at the only working register. Good customer service would have been to have the customer they were only talking with to move to the side with the unworking register to continue their discussion and ring me up on the working register. Nope, no such luck. I finally gave up and just left."

"If I could they would get zero stars!!! They have the most incompetent employees I've ever had to deal with. I purchased a new phone on & within 2 weeks I had issues with it. I've been dealing with the same issue for 3 weeks now. Keep getting the run around. I made my 3rd trip back to the store and ask for the managers name and they proceed to tell me they don't have one. You got to be kidding me. The stupidity is unreal!!! Do not go to this store!!!!"

"Amazing customer service! These ladies are excellent at their job. I went there to get new service and phones so I was there for over an hour. I observed them deal with quite a few customers. Several times the customer came in upset over a lost phone or cut off service but every customer left happy. They treated everyone with respect and found a way to resolve their issues. Lizabeth got me a great deal and honestly I didn't feel like I had been there long at all."

"Just horrible!! I went to file a claim for a defect on my phone, which is still under warranty, the lady said she would call and order me a new one. Never did, but on the flip side she did help me with my other problem while I was in the store. I guess it's true what they say, "Out of sight out of mine." Yes, I went in the store again and still don't know if they ordered it or not. I guess I will see tomorrow​. I would try calling again, for the millionth time, but they never answer there phone. Why do they even have one anyway? Oh and the one Huntsville is no better."
