Burger King

"Went through the DT around 11:50 am on Fri, 2/9/24. I ordered a Whopper Jr. w/Cheese and a small cup of water, the cost was $7.61 (I believe, no receipt was provided, but it was over $7.00). When I got to the window, I asked, "Is that the price for just the Whopper Jr.?" The lady at the window (lots of tats, doing a great job), presumably the manager, said, "Yes, plus $0.39 for the cup of water." I was flabbergasted at the price. I was handed my sandwich and drove off. She had sold me a WHOPPER W/CHEESE, not a Whopper Jr. w/Cheese. So, lady at the window, now you know why I asked about the price. But to be fair, the burger was hot and fresh, and the service very quick. I was never worried about the price, I just assumed I had been charged for a combo, and I didn't want the fries. Now you know."

"I just came through the drive-through a few minutes ago, the girl that took my order told me to pull up. I see no one at the first window and continue to pull to the second to make payment the next thing I know I have some brown headed girl with glasses screaming because she’s having to work both windows, which is not a problem and continues on to talk to me like I’m ignorant, and then the road my food into my car and calls me an evil bag. this is unacceptable but at the same time very funny because there are truly Karen’s everywhere. I am sorry this lady has to work two windows but as a customer, I have no clue of this. I have absolutely no clue and yet these people want $15 an hour they need better management to take care of these type of employees. Because the next person that comes through may not be so kind just saying."

"Placed an online order because it takes longer to get an impossible burger. When I got to the drive thru I was informed that it would take longer for the impossible burger because they had to cook it. I'm thinking that is the whole reason I ordered on line so you could start cooking it. My online order consisted of an Impossible burger combo along with a whopper w/cheese combo. I drove 11 miles home to find we are missing the whopper w/ cheese burger!!!! I was going to drive back (22 miles round trip) to get the burger but they would NOT ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE!!! I was not about to make the drive then have to pay for the burger again! BE WARE!!! Check your order. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!"

"So only the drive thru was open, no reason as to why the lobby was closed. It was not busy at all considering Oktoberfest was going on. The staff was extremely rude. Also got the order wrong. The food was burnt and my chicken wrap seemed very small and sloppily put together. Will not be going back again."
