"This is the Jack's in Decatur. I ordered the special ( chicken fingers , fries , cookie ) for $6 . The chicken & fries were hot and fresh, they didn't have any cookies ( which my 4 year old granddaughter would have been devastated! Lol ) but they gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream for a substitute. They made it all work out for her . Thank you & great job !"

"They need some management here. girl at counter inside with five ppl waitin to get order and six ppl waiting to order steps away by bathroom to talk to some guy then come back to counter wraps up his order and hands it to him without paying or goin through line."

"This was my first experience with Jack’s. I’m nothing but pleased with this location. The staff was in a great mood. I received my order quickly and it was fresh. That’s all you can really ask for when stopping for fast food. Price is fair valued consideration most food chains are requesting 12+ per meal. You all are great. Not a local to this location but I will return next time I pass one at lunch time."

"We had a large event and used these guys to prepare biscuits for 3 consecutive mornings. They couldn't have been better. Everything delicious and on time at 5:15 am . Manager was extremely helpful. Highly recommend"

"It's just gone downhill, I've been going here for a long long time and this is it, I paid for bacon got back to work no bacon. The lady handed me my food tilted sideways so I knew the inside would be scuffed. WILL NOT HE GOING BACK EVER and suggest you all do the same."
