"Hibbett in McCalla was amazing. However, the Academy Drive location in Bessemer was the complete opposite. I tried to pick up my raffle win around 12:15 on the launch day. Understandably a little after the 12 deadline but I was advised that since I wasn't there by noon I couldn't purchase them in store and could try to buy them online. My understanding was even if I arrive after 12, if the requested size is available I can still purchase in store. They did not assist with determining if my raffle win size was still available and keep saying "this is our first time doing the raffle so we're not sure exactly how it works"."
