"Ordered a chicken bowl under H. G. Minus sour cream, cheese, and black beans. I finally get home and sour cream is all over my bowl. I’m allergic therefore this can’t be eaten. It’s now trashed. I call the store and the recording ask for a remote access code. I walked tonight. Trust me it was definitely not worth the walk there nor would it be worth the walk back. If you need my name to Oder you’d think the Oder would actually be correct. I tore my first bag and assume the receipt was on it as it isn’t on this send bag."

"Horrible customer service on the night shift. Food is always wrong, cold, and just thrown together and the fat girl in the drive thru always have a attitude. Taco always wet from water from the lettuce or grease from the meat. Then when you complain about food you paid for they have the audacity to get mad. Something needs to be done about the night shift"

"My expectations were not high due to the location that I am at. I waited an hour on 3tacos. Taco bell should hire more ppl. They already have the kiosk to avoid having a cashier. I feel sorry for the 3 ppl that work here when its 300 customers coming through here. They are definitely making enough money to hire some help. Food was ok. I didnt get my iced coffee and wasnt fixing to bother them to give it to me because I could see the workers frustrated trying to keep up. I used to work at taco bell In columbiana so I know this is a hard frustrating job already. As I type this there is customers yelling to get their money back. Sad. My tacos was as skimpy as the staff. Great way to save money Taco Bell."

"Workers don't really want to be there, well night crew at least. Drive thru person barely can speak loud enough for you to hear. 100% certain they are gonna mess up your order. You had better luck with the mexican section at Walgreens across the street."

"The staff was very friendly and I received my order quickly. My order was correct and my food was hot and as ordered. The dining room and restroom was clean. I had to take a star away due to there being no paper towels in the restroom. Other than that, it was a good experience."
