"Had an appointment but he wasn’t there because the front desk didn’t put down his name next to my appt. His wife was trying to convince me to have my tax done by her but Jim was referred to me by my friend so I declined. I went again to meet with him to do my tax return. After sharing a little bit of our financial situation like our 1099 income, charitable donation and IRA savings, he insisted that we needed to pay him $1000 to open a corporate account for us to reduce our future tax payments despite the fact that tis year’s 1099 income was unexpected and we will not have that kind of income next year. Then he said I needed to hire him as our financial consultant to manage our IRA I told him that I just wanted him to do my tax not managing my investment. He says he’s not interested in doing my tax along. I either hire him as my finance consultant or leave. Weird and weird"

"I had used Kristen and Jim for many, many years. They have become less and less responsive as time passed. They personally don't answer e-mails or phone calls regularly. If you are lucky enough to get a receptionist you are told they will call you back and it takes days, sometimes weeks. They cost me several hundreds of dollars in late fees on a tax return that should have been submitted timely. I would recommend another CPA firm. Kristen is not even a licensed CPA. Steer clear!"

"Kristen and Jim have TERRIBLE customer service. They never answer, never respond, talk down to their customers, don't make it in time for appointments. Kristen does not take care of her customers. She messed up my taxes and I'm writing a review so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. PLEASE do not use this company, you may own the government $2,000 for no apparent reason! Which is what happened to me when I trusted this company. Terrible service. You're better off filing yourself, they don't know what they're doing."

"My mom and husband & I used this service for many years until one year after having our taxes completed, I tried several times to email/scan our taxes. After repeated attempts to contact them they said they never received them. When I finally talked with Kristen she was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband and I left. My mom stayed until a couple years later while she was going through an extremely difficult time with her sister passing she called and tried to get help with the processing of her taxes and she couldn't get them to answer her phone so my mom had to take leagal action and then they decided to answer and it wasn't pretty. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!! SAVE YOUR $$ AND GO ELESWHERE!!"
