"Edit 01/20/23: Went and everything was to order and very quickly. They were doing very well for a long time but it's gone downhill recently. Ordered today and almost nothing was correct. It was close to being correct but why let us customize online when it makes no difference what you put."

"My daughter and I decided to grab some lunch. I placed a mobile order, when I got my order my burrito had no meat; all bread cheese and sour cream. I called to speak with a manager, the manager failed to address the issue. Poor customer service, I will not be back!"

"Put my order in online thinking it would go quicker but it didn't. Little girl at the counter took the order of the family in front of me and when she was done with them,walked away from the counter and went in the back and left me waiting 5 minutes before i waved someone down to tell them I was coming to pick up my order. They assured me all my sauces were on the bag but that was a lie. Not only were there no sauces but I was missing all my sides as well. Never going to this establishment again. Teenagers suck at making food."

"The employees of the night shift, are awesome. We went through the drive through, because the lobby was closed, sat outside and ate. Still enjoyed ourselves. One of the employees came outside just to ensure that we didn't need anything else."

"I decided to stop to get something to eat, it was almost 8pm, I was on my way home to Cullman from Fultondale...... Service was fast, the order was correct, and the food was great. They was also doing something called Freeing Taco T***day and asked if I would like a free Taco with my purchase. They gave me an option of a regular hard-shell taco, regular soft-shell taco, or a Doritos Locos Taco."
