"Last Saturday 5/6/23 I went into your shop in Midfield Alabama I was there to purchase a handgun for self protection. I was informed by your employee that the ATF Website was down and they couldn't get me ok for the gun. I was ready to leave when your employee talked me into putting a certain gun on layaway because it certainly wouldn't be there when I returned. I came back the very next Saturday to finish the process and had decided the gun we had put up I didn't like the safety on and would prefer to choose another gun. A different employee a lady informed me they would be keeping $25 dollars of my money for restocking. I explained to her I just wanted a different gun she didn't care she was set on keeping my money. Then another employee named Arron decided to jump in and was very rude to me and he then informed me not only was I not getting my $25 back I could only have a store credit for the remainder of my money. They never gave me 1 cent back of my money for that layaway that d only been off the floor for seven days and I should have certinly been told of thee policies before I put anything on layaway.Rude employees thieves will steal your hard earned money. Beware"

"I had to buy 4 window ac units last month before I moved. I decided to pawn one to catch up on the extra moving expenses. I paid $280 for each from Alabama power. I go in to this pawn shop receipt in hand and they offered me $25 saying the season changing. Mind you I had the unit in the box and it still had the new tape on it and had a remote. Smh yes trying to rip ppl off. I'll just keep it. Smh"
