"NO DEAL. In March I called this repair company for repairs GEORGE CAME OUT TO REPAIR MY GE DOUBLE OVEN IN MARCH. He took the oven out one day left it on my kitchen floor over a month. He said he was looking for parts for fix it. This oven is still practically new 3yrs old. Finally he got the parts which I was told fuses were the problem after several weeks waiting it was supposed to be fixed. I had the oven working from March to July (4months) the same issue again. I called him GEORGE to tell him that I’m experiencing the same problem he tells me that I need to find someone else to repair it after I’ve paid him $323.96 to repair it in March. I wil never recommend HOME APPLIANCE REPAIR to anyone after wasting my time and losing my money."

"George sells defective appliances. When they break 6 months later, you may try and call to get him to service it. If you do, be prepared for him to come out, take a few parts off, then dodge your phone calls for days. You'll eventually get someone on the phone and they will claim George is coming out soon. You may even set a time and day up that causes you to miss work. Don't be too supposed when George never shows up. After you get angry, don't bother calling the shop. They've already learned your number and will continue to dodge your calls. Thank you and have a nice day!"

"A man named George came to repair my dryer. He was friendly, talkative, and tried numerous times to fix the dryer. He really had to use his knowledge about dryers and different dryer brands to be able to sit back and find a solution to the dryer's problem (someone had serviced the dryer in the past and apparently used a wrong part). After offering to go back to his shop and get the correct part, he realized that he could actually "make" the right part by basically breaking a piece off of the incorrect part. He took his time, made the part, put the dryer back together, and it works fine now! During one of our conversations, he stated that he had been servicing appliances for 30 years now. I would highly recommend this business."
